About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Title Investigation: Preparing detailed title search reports (TSR) of properties for lenders, developers, and individual buyers.2. Vetting of Documents: Reviewing, analyzing, and vetting original title deeds and historical chain documents.
3. Legal Drafting: Drafting a wide range of real estate documents, including RERA agreements for sale, sale deeds, memorandums of understanding (MOUs), lease deeds, leave and license agreements, and permanent alternate accommodation agreements (PAAAs), etc.
4. Research & Advisory: Conducting thorough research on property laws, local land revenue regulations, and municipal rules to draft comprehensive legal opinions for clients.
