Reltio MDM Tech Lead

🔹 Key Technical Responsibilities Configure Reltio Data Model (multi-domain, customer domain preferred) Build match & merge rules, survivorship rules Develop hierarchies, relationships, and data models (API/JSON-based) Work on: Data profiling & standardization Data quality rules Bulk data load LCA (Lifecycle Actions) & workflows Manage: Reference Data (RDM) User management & UI config Integration using API-first architecture Hands-on with Reltio Velocity Pack (Life Sciences preferred) 🔹 Architecture & Advanced Skills Multi-domain MDM implementation experience Strong understanding of: Reltio architecture Data governance best practices Exposure to: DevOps / deployment (good to have) Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP – optional but valued) 🔹 Functional / Domain Expectations Experience in: Customer domain (mandatory preference) Industry models (Banking / Insurance / Life Sciences) Knowledge of: GxP / Non-GxP environments (important for regulated industries) Soft Skills & Leadership Strong communication (client-facing role) Ability to: Lead teams Work independently Analytical mindset & problem-solving skills Stakeholder management
