Senior Backend Developer

Experience Required: 3–4 Years CTC: ₹5.4 – ₹6 LPA Key Skills Required • Strong experience in Node.js and NestJS • Good understanding of Redis, caching strategies, and performance optimization • Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and scalable backend design • Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) • Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React / HTML / CSS / JavaScript) for team coordination • Awareness and willingness to adopt new and emerging technologies • Experience with version control (Git) and deployment workflows • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Roles & Responsibilities • Own and manage the complete backend architecture of the company • Lead and coordinate backend & frontend teams to ensure timely delivery of projects • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications • Take initiative in adopting new technologies to improve systems and workflows • Oversee and maintain all existing projects, ensuring smooth operation and enhancements • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions • Implement best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment What We Expect • Strong leadership and team management skills • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and improvement Good communication and coordination skills
