About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits.2. Explain property details and project benefits to clients.
3. Schedule and conduct property site visits.
4. Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
5. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
6. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
7. Coordinate with the sales team for closures and documentation.
8. Maintain daily sales reports and client database.
9. Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
10. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
