Role: - Customer Service / Order Processing (Commercial Property)

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order information.

Enter orders into the system accurately, verifying product details, quantities, pricing, and shipping information.

Customer Interaction:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, product availability, delivery status, and other order-related questions.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Order Verification:

Collaborate with customers to clarify order specifications, resolve discrepancies, and confirm order details to prevent errors during processing.

Order Tracking:

Monitor the progress of orders from processing to shipment, providing customers with regular updates on their order status.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve order-related issues such as incorrect shipments, damaged products, or delays in delivery.

Work closely with relevant teams to rectify issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order changes, and issue resolutions.

Generate reports on order processing metrics, customer inquiries, and issue resolutions for management review.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and accurate product availability information.

Communicate any potential delays or issues that could impact order delivery.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve order processing procedures, contributing to increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the customer order experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any Stream. Prior Experience in order processing in Commercial Property management will give me an advantage.

Proven experience in customer service, order processing, or a related role, preferably in a Commercial property management Industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer interaction.

Proficiency in using order management systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate and resolve customer issues effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of inquiries.
