About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
2. Plan, shoot, and edit Reels, short-form videos, product videos, and lifestyle content.
3. Develop creative hooks, scripts, captions, and content ideas that match the brand's voice.
4. Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
5. Stay updated with trending Reels, audios, memes, formats, and social media trends and quickly adapt them for the brand.
6. Create content around products, gifting occasions, festivals, offers, launches, and campaigns.
7. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, stories, comments, and audience engagement.
8. Work closely with the marketing team to create ad creatives and organic content designed to generate sales.
9. Research competitors and identify new content opportunities and creative concepts.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,64,000 /year
