About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Daily requirement gathering: Monitor internal WhatsApp groups, emails, and other communication channels to collect detailed product requirements and technical specifications from internal teams.2. GeM catalogue management: Identify appropriate GeM categories, create and upload product catalogues, and ensure strict compliance with GeM portal guidelines.
3. Price optimization (L1 maintenance): Continuously monitor competitor pricing and optimize product listings to maintain the lowest price (L1 position) on the portal.
4. Catalogue & brochure creation: Design and prepare professional product catalogues, brochures, sales presentations, and marketing collaterals using design tools.
5. Client technical support: Assist existing and prospective clients with technical queries, specification guidance, and portal support.
6. E-commerce link pairing: Execute and manage link pairing across e-commerce platforms and portals to ensure product alignment and connectivity.
7. Daily administrative & data entry work: Maintain accurate daily logs of bids, catalogues, emails, and task statuses using Excel, CRM, and official company software.
