To provide immediate support and counselling to the family members of the
deceased and educate them about eye donation.
To identify and explore opportunities to organize public health education and
awareness programs on eye donation.
To attend eye donation calls and coordinate with the team to facilitate timely
retrieval of donor corneas.
To send acknowledgement letters and appropriate correspondence to the
family members of donors.
