Senior Enterprise Architecture Analyst - Reference Architecture LeadExperience : 6-10+ YearsRole Overview :We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architecture Analyst - Reference Architecture Lead to support our Architecture Development Team (ADT). The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and improving enterprise reference architectures, architecture standards, and guardrails that enable consistent and efficient technology delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise architecture analysis, solution architecture enablement, and architecture standards development, with exposure to SAP ECC/S4HANA, Salesforce, cloud, integration, data, and security architecture domains.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain enterprise reference architectures across :1. SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA2. Salesforce CRM3. Integration and API platforms4. Data platforms5. Cloud and Security domains- Create and maintain architecture standards, guardrails, preferred patterns, and reusable architecture assets.- Ensure reference architectures define :1. Scope and applicability2. Approved patterns3. Decision guidelines4. Supported variants5. Exception triggers- Collaborate with Domain Architects and delivery teams to validate architecture patterns and incorporate implementation learnings.- Review architecture deliverables as an offshore quality checkpoint before onshore review.- Identify inconsistencies, duplication, and over-engineering in architecture artifacts.- Execute Architecture Development Team (ADT) activities including reference models, standards, patterns, and architecture baselines.- Support architecture readiness by providing guidance to delivery teams ahead of implementation activities.- Coordinate with offshore architecture analysts supporting portfolio and governance activities.Required Skills & Experience :- 6-10+ years of experience in :1. Enterprise Architecture Analysis2. Solution Architecture Enablement3. Architecture Standards Development- Hands-on experience with :1. SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA architecture concepts2. Clean Core principles and SAP extension strategies3. SAP integration patterns4. Salesforce platform architecture- Experience with cloud and hybrid architecture patterns, including platform services and security considerations.- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs involving :1. ERP modernization2. CRM transformation3. Integration initiatives4. Data modernization- Working knowledge of TOGAF concepts applied in Agile environments.- Experience with enterprise architecture tools such as LeanIX or equivalent.- Ability to collaborate effectively with Domain Architects, product teams, and delivery stakeholders.- Strong communication skills and ability to work in consensus-driven environments.Key Success Factors :- Reference architectures are clear, reusable, and adopted by delivery teams.- Architecture standards and guardrails help reduce ambiguity and improve decision-making.- Architecture assets remain practical, lightweight, and aligned with delivery needs.- Architecture deliverables meet quality expectations with minimal rework.Important Note :This role supports enterprise architecture activities but does not independently make final enterprise architecture decisions or approve standards, exceptions, or deviations.
