Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can create effective social media strategies, drive results for clients, and contribute to the growth of our agency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage social media handles for multiple clients.

* Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns.

* Create monthly content calendars for different clients.

* Analyze channel performance and provide regular reports and insights.

* Write compelling copy, headlines, captions, and campaign content.

* Collaborate with creative teams on concepts, visuals, and campaign ideas.

* Proof-check content before publishing.

* Assist content teams with social media content requirements.

* Monitor, listen, and respond to audience comments and queries.

* Create content that drives engagement and conversations.

* Track competitor activities and industry trends.

* Use growth-hacking techniques to achieve brand objectives.

* Recommend innovative digital and social media strategies.

* Monitor campaign performance, benchmark best practices, and optimize results.

Requirements

* Minimum 4 years of experience managing social media accounts for multiple clients.

* Strong experience in LinkedIn marketing and managing B2B brands/campaigns will be highly preferred.

* Understanding of creating and executing impactful social media campaigns.

* Previous agency and/or e-commerce experience preferred.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.

* Professional demeanor with the ability to act as a brand ambassador.

* Data-driven and analytics-oriented mindset.

* Excellent command of the English language.

* Experience in Influencer Marketing and/or Public Relations (PR) will be an added advantage.
