About the Company

Ecovista Global Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Store Promoter to support customer engagement and in-store business growth across Allahabad, Gorakhpur, and Saharanpur. The role is suited to a proactive professional who enjoys interacting with customers, presenting products clearly, and contributing to retail sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and promote products or services inside assigned stores.
• Approach customers, understand their needs, explain product features, and encourage suitable purchases.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure promotional material is visible and up to date.
• Track customer interactions, sales leads, stock observations, and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with store staff and the company team to support targets and resolve customer queries.
• Share market feedback, competitor observations, and recurring customer concerns with the reporting manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail promotion, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication, a customer-friendly attitude, and confidence in initiating conversations.
• Ability to understand product information and communicate it accurately to different customers.
• Good discipline, punctuality, basic reporting ability, and readiness to work at assigned store locations.
• Previous experience in field sales, merchandising, or in-store promotion will be useful.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with one opening and a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month. The selected candidate will work with store teams and the company’s field operations team to deliver a consistent customer experience and measurable promotional results.
