• MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DM in Pediatrics)
  
• Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council
  
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in pediatric care, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting
  
• Strong clinical diagnostic and patient management skills with a focus on age-appropriate care
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with children and their families
  
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital medical tools
  
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development
