Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js

Full Stack Developer (Java + React)Experience : 5-8 YearsShift : 1 PM - 10 PM ISTWork Model : Hybrid (5 Days Work From Office Per Month)We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise applications, developing scalable APIs, working with cloud platforms, and contributing across the complete software development lifecycle.The role requires someone who is comfortable working on both front-end and back-end development, has a strong understanding of database design and development, and can collaborate effectively with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and React JS.- Build and consume REST and SOAP-based services.- Develop scalable backend components using Spring Boot.- Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Write optimized Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code for business-critical applications.- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.- Work with CI/CD pipelines and follow development best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Must Have Skills : - Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+- Solid experience with Spring Boot- Strong React JS development experience- Oracle Database and PL/SQL- Experience with APEX or any Low-Code Development PlatformAdditional Skills Preferred : - Git, GitHub and Jenkins- NodeJS- Docker and Kubernetes- Microservices Architecture- Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OCI- Terraform- Kafka- Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber- OCI Autonomous Database- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub CopilotWhat We Are Looking For :- 5-8 years of overall software development experience.- Strong understanding of full-stack application development.- Experience working in cloud-enabled environments.- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.- Ability to work independently and drive deliverables with minimal supervision.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Important NotesCandidate should have a clean UAN history for the last 5 yearsMandatory Skill Rating (Internal Screening)Java - 4/5React JS - 4/5Spring Boot - 4/5Oracle PL/SQL - 3/5APEX / Low-Code Platform - 3/5 (ref:hirist.tech)
