Project Manager/Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and exposure to financial planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management. Experience in the Insurance domain will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities :- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.- Act as a Scrum Master to guide teams in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope and objectives.- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and cost tracking.- Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders.- Drive process improvements and promote a culture of accountability and transparency.Required Skills :- Strong experience in Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Proven experience working as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in a hybrid PM/Scrum role.- Hands-on experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management.- Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.- Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills :- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).- PMP, Prince2, or other Project Management certifications.- Experience in the Insurance domain is highly desirable.- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation or technology projects.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Agile Delivery, or Scrum Master roles.- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
