About the job

Key responsibilities:
1. Social Media Marketing - Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional creatives.
Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
Create monthly content calendars aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to develop marketing creatives.
Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant hashtags to improve content reach.
Support recruitment branding, product promotions, and company announcements.
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.

Performance Marketing - Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Generate quality leads and drive customer acquisition through digital advertising campaigns.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization of marketing spend.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Create and test different ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audience segments through A/B testing.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, analytics, and campaign attribution.
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality, lead conversion, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while reducing advertising costs.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Practical knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Knowledge of content planning, copywriting, and creative campaign development.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data.

Understanding of lead generation funnels, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
