Solutions Engineer
Worldwide Clinical Trials
Solutions Engineer at a global Contract Research Organization implementing and maintaining clinical trial management systems. The role involves configuring software, resolving production issues, and supporting the full software development lifecycle to meet study and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement software solutions for data integration, monitoring, and reporting across clinical trial platforms
- Analyze and resolve production system issues, implement bug fixes, and ensure service level compliance
- Perform coding and configuration tasks to meet study requirements and timelines
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance checks on database edits and system changes
- Collaborate with project teams to define integration processes, document specifications, and support user training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in Java, C/C++, relational databases, or Microsoft .NET technologies
- 2+ years experience in CRO, IRT delivery, or clinical systems development
- Knowledge of clinical trials, patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory requirements
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in technical environments
