Validation Testing Engineer

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute validation plans, test cases, and validation protocols.- Analyze product requirements and create comprehensive validation strategies.- Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing.- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).- Prepare validation reports, test documentation, and traceability matrices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, Product, and Business teams.- Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and organizational processes.- Support product releases by validating system functionality, performance, and reliability.- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.Required Skills : - 4-8 years of experience in Validation, Verification, or Quality Engineering.- Strong understanding of validation methodologies and software/system testing.- Experience in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills : - Experience with automation testing tools.- Knowledge of performance, integration, or API testing.- Familiarity with regulated environments (Automotive, Medical Devices, Pharma, or Manufacturing) is an added advantage.- Experience with Jira, ALM, or similar test management tools.- Understanding of scripting languages (Python, Shell, or SQL) is a plus.
