About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Visit client sites to take accurate measurements and understand project requirements.2. Coordinate with the design/drawing team and provide all necessary site measurements and project details.
3. Review project drawings and explain designs, layouts, and project specifications to clients.
4. Act as the key liaison between clients, CRM, technicians, vendors, and internal departments.
5. Plan, schedule, and assign work to technicians and site teams based on project requirements.
6. Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the agreed timelines.
7. Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.
8. Track daily work progress and maintain project status reports.
9. Manage team attendance, work allocation, and productivity tracking.
10. Handle client queries and concerns, and provide regular project updates.
11. Identify project issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
12. Ensure smooth project execution until successful completion and final handover.
13. Maintain project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
14. Ensure adherence to company quality and safety standards.
