Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience in SAP SD support, incident management, and production support.
- Good knowledge of IDOCs, interfaces, user exits, and custom enhancements.
- Experience in handling Change Requests (CRs) and service requests within SLA timelines.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Partner functionality and integration testing activities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for SAP SD processes and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve IDOC errors and interface-related issues.
- Manage Change Requests, incidents, and service requests while adhering to SLAs.
- Support integration testing and coordinate issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
- Work on interfaces, user exits, and related custom developments to support business requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and maintain documentation for incidents, fixes, and enhancements.
