HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This is a hands-on internship where you will work closely with the team and gain end-to-end exposure to core HR functions. If you are someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and looking to build a strong foundation in HR this is the right place for you.

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
  
• Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic/virtual interviews
  
• Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  
• Managing offer roll outs and supporting salary negotiation conversations
  
• Facilitating smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners
  

Requirements

• MBA graduate (Fresher or up to 6 months of experience)
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Good coordination and multitasking ability
  
• Technically sound — comfortable with MS Office, ATS tools, job portals
  
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
  
• Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources
