Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: MumbaiCompany: Siidvan Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
Company Type: Pharmaceutical
Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and handle official emails, correspondence, and follow-ups.
2. Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
3. Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare professionals, distributors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
4. Support communication and coordination between Sales, Finance, Accounts, and Supply Chain functions.
5. Handle day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
6. Assist in billing, documentation, and record maintenance.
7. Prepare operational reports, if required.
8. Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and payroll-related coordination to ensure timely salary processing.
9. Maintain company files, contracts, and important business documents.
10. Follow up with vendors, customers, and partners regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
11. Ensure smooth execution of business operations and promptly resolve operational issues.

Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
