Its APA system, built on the industrys first Process Reasoning Engine (PRE) and specialized AI agents, combines process discovery, RPA, end-to-end orchestration, document processing, and analyticsall delivered with enterprise-grade security and governance.Role : As a Back-End Staff Engineer, you will be an integral part of the team building the user experiences that enable our customers to harness the full potential of APA.Key Responsibilities : - Developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and performance-oriented features using modern back-end technologies.- Build prototypes to explore new scenarios and optimizations of existing solutions.- Review design, code and approve solution approaches.- Provide career guidance and mentoring for all team members.- Working closely with Product Management, UX, Backend Engineers, SDET and Support organizations.- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices.Tech Stack : - Core Java, JEE, JSON, REST APIs (JAX-RS, Spring, Spark Java), Logging (Log4j), JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, Hibernate, SQL, GIT, Maven, Gradle.Requirements : - 10+ years of professional experience in back-end development.- Experience in architecting Microservices and scalable cloud applications.- Strong knowledge of Threading, Socket Programming, and IPC.- Hands-on in OOP, Design Patterns, TDD, IoC, DI.Education : - MCA/B.E./M.TECH - Equivalent or more with relevant experience.
