Ux/ui Design
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-centered designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and adherence to design specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
