Our expertise lies in delivering tailored Oracle Cloud solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities of our clients.Role Overview :As an Oracle Cloud SaaS Admin, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of Elgebra's Oracle Cloud SaaS environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including application developers, functional consultants, and infrastructure engineers, to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of our Oracle Cloud SaaS solutions. Your role will be pivotal in enabling our clients to leverage the full potential of Oracle Cloud, driving business value and achieving their strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities :- Manage and maintain Oracle Cloud SaaS environments, including user provisioning, security administration, and system configuration, to ensure optimal performance and security for our clients.- Monitor system performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity for our clients.- Collaborate with functional consultants and application developers to implement and support Oracle Cloud SaaS modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management, to meet client-specific business requirements.- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and troubleshooting guides, to ensure knowledge sharing and efficient problem resolution within the team.- Participate in Oracle Cloud upgrade and patching activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and adherence to best practices.- Automate routine tasks and processes using scripting and other automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud SaaS features and functionalities, and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to our clients.- Support cloud migration projects, assisting with data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure a seamless transition to the Oracle Cloud platform.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud SaaS administration, including user management, security configuration, and system monitoring.- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Oracle Cloud SaaS environments.- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules, such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management.- Experience with cloud migration projects, including data migration and system integration.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
