Senior System Administrator

About   the   Job   Role:  

We   are   seeking   a highly   experienced   Senior   System   Administrator to   oversee   and   manage   our IT networking, workstations, and laptops. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with   expertise   in systems and network administration, Microsoft Office 365,   firewall   management, DNS configuration, backup management, and IT security basics. The ideal candidate will also have experience with cloud platforms, video conferencing systems, and active directory management.  

Responsibilities:  

• Manage   Globals   Network  &  IT   Infrastructure  
  

• Administration   of   Windows  /  Linux  /  Mac   Desktops  &  Laptops  
  

• Email   Administration   using   Office  365  
  

• Windows  &  Linux   Server   Administration  
  

• IT   Asset   Management   on   platform   such   as   SnipeIT  
  

• Should manage Video Conferencing Systems and Webcams Configuration for   Zoom,   WebEx  & MS Teams  
  

• Manage   Domain   Names   setup   and   its   DNS   Configuration   such   as   A,   MX,   CNAME   records  
  

• Basic   Management   of   Cloud   Hosting   on   AWS,   Azure   or   Digital   Ocean.  
  

• Implementation & Configuration of   Network Firewall (NAT, VPN,   IPS,   WEB   FILTERING, APPLICATION FILTERING Traffic shaping, IPsec, SD-WAN Advanced   routing   and logging services).  
  

• Administration   of   Active   Directory   and   Role   Based   Access   Control  
  

• Configuration   and   Setup   of   IVRS   Server   with   Vendor   Support  
  

• Should   take   regular   Backups   on   Backup   Server   and   Auditing   of   the   Backups  
  

• Should   implement   network   security   in   the   Globals   Offices  
  

• Should   troubleshoot   and   support   user   machines,   end   points   and   support   in   installation   of Databases and   White listed   Applications.  
  

• Should be able to do VPN Configuration for Remote Workforce to Connect to   Globals ’  Network.  
  

• Should   manage   and   maintain   Network   Printers.  
  

Requirements

• At   Least  5  years   of   Experience   in   System  /  IT  /  Network   Administration  
  

• Should   have   understanding   of   Windows  &  Linux   OS   Installation   and   Configuration  
  

• Good   to   have   is   Shell Scripting   knowledge   for   Linux   and   Powershell   for   Windows  
  

• Should   have   experience   in   managing   and   administration   of   Office  365 
  

• Should   have   experience   in   Active   Directory   management  
  

• Should   have   knowledge   on   Domain,   DNS   Setup   and   Web   Hosting  
  

• Good   to   have   will   be   knowledge   on   Cloud   Platforms   such   as   AWS,   Azure   or   Digital   Ocean
