CRM Executive Internship
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive Intern to help manage customer relationships, maintain accurate customer data, support lead management, and improve customer engagement. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates interested in sales operations, customer success, and CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Track leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely lead follow-ups.
- Assist in customer onboarding and relationship management.
- Respond to customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy through regular audits and database cleaning.
- Monitor customer engagement and collect feedback to improve customer experience.
- Support CRM campaigns, email communications, and customer retention initiatives.
- Follow company CRM processes, SOPs, and documentation standards.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or related field).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM concepts and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
