PMaspire Group includes the following company: The Associate, HRBP of the group will be responsible for recruitment and hiring process for PMaspire Group and its affiliated companies across multiple geographies. This role will serve as a recruitment-focused HR Business Partner, ensuring end-to-end hiring excellence, building strong talent pipelines, and aligning talent acquisition strategies with the business vision. Job Description Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Build and manage talent pipelines for niche, senior-level, and volume hiring requirements across PMaspire Group entities. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria. Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and recruitment agencies. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and transparent communication throughout the hiring process. Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Support smooth transition and integration of employees into business units. Strengthen PMaspire’s employer brand in India and globally by leveraging recruitment campaigns, social media, and professional networks.
