Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven decision-making. This role requires deep expertise in Excel, strong cross-industry business understanding, and working knowledge of modern technologies including Python, BI tools, and emerging AI systems.

You will work closely with stakeholders across functions to translate business problems into actionable insights, scalable solutions, and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Strategic Analysis

• Understand and analyse business processes across multiple industries and domains
  
• Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and revenue growth
  
• Translate business requirements into structured analytical frameworks
  
• Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and modelling
  

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Build advanced Excel models (financial models, forecasting, dashboards)
  
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
  
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
  
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across sources
  

Technical & Analytical Work

• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and basic scripting
  
• Apply JavaScript (basic/intermediate) where required for integrations or tooling
  
• Understand and work with database schemas (SQL, relational databases)
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams on data pipelines and structures
  

AI & Innovation

• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, insights, and automation
  
• Understand and explore use cases of Agentic AI in business workflows
  
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into business processes
  
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI and analytics
  

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and technical teams
  
• Gather and refine requirements through effective communication
  
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  
• Manage multiple stakeholders and align expectations

Educational Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
