Salesforce Technical Consultant (Mid to Architect Level)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Consultant who can independently drive end-to-end Salesforce implementationsfrom discovery workshops and solution design to development, integrations, deployment, and go-live. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.- Conduct discovery workshops with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications and integrations.- Build and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce Flows.- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.- Manage Salesforce Managed Packages (2GP), SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.- Perform AppExchange Security Reviews and implement Salesforce security best practices.- Optimize application performance and ensure platform scalability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills:- Strong expertise in Apex.- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).- Experience with Aura Components.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows.- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST & SOAP).- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Managed Packages (2GP).- Experience with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD.- Expertise in Salesforce integrations and middleware.- Strong understanding of Salesforce Security & Sharing Model.- Experience with AppExchange Security Review.- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, performance optimization, and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience leading client discovery workshops.- Strong solution design and architecture capabilities.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to independently own and deliver Salesforce projects.- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Application/System Architect) are preferred.Why Join Us?:- Work on large-scale Salesforce transformation projects.- Own end-to-end solution delivery.- Collaborate with high-performing engineering and consulting teams.- Build impactful enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
