Sr Data Team Lead
IQVIA
Senior leader managing end-to-end data management delivery for clinical trials at IQVIA. Oversees multiple global studies, directs junior teams, manages client relationships, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards and quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client contact for data management deliverables and manage customer relationships
- Lead and provide senior support to data team leads on multiple large global studies
- Manage project budgets, financial tracking, and change orders independently
- Oversee quality assurance, compliance issues, and implement process improvements across programs
- Train and mentor junior staff; serve as escalation point for unresolved technical issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences
- 5+ years direct data management experience with 3+ years as CDM project lead
- Proven expertise managing multiple global trials with 1000+ patients through full lifecycle
- Advanced knowledge of data management processes, SAE reconciliation, and vendor management
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent project management, communication, and independent problem-solving abilities
