Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kothamangalam. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, present Agape AI Technologies solutions to prospective clients, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include conducting outbound calls and meetings, preparing tailored sales proposals and presentations, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and following up consistently to build long-term client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the technical and product teams to understand solution capabilities, gathering client requirements, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs. The Sales Executive will work towards defined sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by promoting AI automation, custom software, CRM, and related digital solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling, with the ability to understand client needs and match them to appropriate technology solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, software, SaaS, or digital transformation, including managing the end-to-end sales cycle and negotiating contracts.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage decision-makers, conduct product demos, and build long-term business relationships.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software for pipeline management, reporting, and documentation; familiarity with AI, automation, or software concepts is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills; ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Prior experience in selling to small and medium businesses, startups, or service-based organizations is beneficial; knowledge of local markets around Kothamangalam is a plus.
