About the Role:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives fluent in Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada to join the team at Innovfix Pvt. Ltd.. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for regional-language-speaking customers and ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Languages Required (Apply if fluent in any one)

1. Malayalam fluency in spoken and written Malayalam
2. Telugu fluency in spoken and written Telugu
3. Kannada fluency in spoken and written Kannada

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries and provide support in Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada as per language proficiency.
2. Respond to customer questions via calls, chat, or email promptly.
3. Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain professional, polite, and courteous communication at all times.
5. Record customer interactions, feedback, and case details accurately in the system.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer concerns effectively.
