The role of Primary English Teacher for CBSE School is pivotal in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. As a member of our dedicated team, you will collaborate with fellow educators to create an innovative and engaging learning environment that promotes growth and exploration.In this role, you will:Design and implement lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of English and Environmental Studies (EVS).Utilize play-based learning and activity-based learning strategies to enhance student engagement and retention.Conduct regular classroom observations to assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.Foster a student-centric learning environment that encourages inquiry and critical thinking.Integrate artificial intelligence and digital content creation into lessons to prepare students for a technology-driven future.Provide training and support to fellow teachers in implementing effective pedagogy and assessment techniques.Encourage foundational literacy development through innovative teaching methods such as phonics and storytelling.Engage with parents and the community to promote a collaborative approach to education.Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.Contribute to the overall academic and social development of students in primary classes (IV).To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:A B.Ed. / D.El.Ed degree with a specialization in Primary Education.A graduate or postgraduate degree in English or a related field, with a strong command of English language & grammar.In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.Experience in child-centric learning and smart class teaching.Strong skills in lesson planning and assessment techniques.Ability to create engaging and effective activity-based and experiential learning experiences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.Commitment to continuous professional growth and innovation in teaching practices.Proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance learning experiences.Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the holistic development of students.
