Ivalua Integration/Configuration Manager

Description :Role Overview :As an Ivalua Integration/Configuration Manager, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and managing Ivalua solutions for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical architects, and developers, to understand their procurement needs and translate them into effective Ivalua configurations and integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow between Ivalua and other enterprise systems, such as SAP MDG, driving efficiency and accuracy in our clients' procurement processes. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' ability to optimize their spend, improve supplier relationships, and achieve significant cost savings. Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design and configuration of Ivalua modules to meet specific client business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.- Manage the integration of Ivalua with other enterprise systems, including SAP MDG, using various integration methods (e.g., APIs, web services, ETL processes).- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Ivalua configurations, integrations, and custom developments, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide training on Ivalua functionalities.- Oversee the testing and validation of Ivalua configurations and integrations, ensuring data accuracy and system stability.- Identify and resolve technical issues related to Ivalua configurations and integrations, escalating complex issues to Ivalua support as needed.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Ivalua releases and features, providing recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades.- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring successful project delivery within defined constraints.- Contribute to the development of Ivalua implementation methodologies and best practices, enhancing our service offerings. Required Skillset :- Demonstrated expertise in Ivalua configuration and integration, with a deep understanding of procurement processes and best practices.- Proven ability to design and implement complex Ivalua solutions, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier management modules.- Strong knowledge of integration technologies and methodologies, with experience integrating Ivalua with SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
