Key Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging UGC and short-form content that consistently drives high organic reach, engagement, and audience growth across social platforms.
2. Be the face of the brand, confidently appearing on camera with an authentic, entertaining, and relatable personality.
3. Own the creative process by ideating, scripting, shooting, editing, and executing content while proactively bringing fresh ideas.
4. Stay ahead of memes, trends, internet culture, and platform algorithms, experimenting continuously to create viral and shareable content.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, involve colleagues and creators in content, and cover events, college festivals, travel, and lifestyle experiences.
6. Build relationships with creators, communities, and influencers while supporting PR, collaborations, and brand awareness initiatives.
7. Take ownership of content performance by continuously optimizing creative strategy to maximize organic growth, engagement, and community building.

1. Active content creator with an Instagram, YouTube, or other social media profile showcasing original content and strong organic reach or high-performing posts.

2. Experience creating UGC, reels, shorts, or lifestyle/travel content independently or for brands.

3. Confident and charismatic on camera with strong communication and storytelling skills.

4. Passion for travel, lifestyle, social media, memes, internet culture, and shareable content creation.

5. Self-driven, proactive, and able to execute content ideas independently.

6. Experience covering social events, creator communities, brand activations, public engagements, or PR initiatives is highly preferred.

7. Creative, collaborative, and growth-oriented with a strong understanding of content trends, audience engagement, and community building.

8. Background in fashion, design, media & communication, mass communication, visual communication, advertising, journalism, or performing arts is an advantage.
