Role Description We’re hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead design thinking, not just execution. You’ll be responsible for owning end-to-end design, from understanding business problems to delivering polished, high-conversion interfaces. This role requires taste, speed, and strategic thinking . You won’t just design screens you’ll shape how products and websites feel and perform. Key Responsibilites Lead end-to-end design for websites, landing pages, and digital products Translate business goals into clear user journeys, flows, and experiences Create wireframes → high-fidelity UI → design systems in Figma Drive conversion-focused design decisions (especially for landing pages) Collaborate closely with founders, developers, and marketers Ensure pixel-perfect execution with Webflow/frontend teams Conduct UX audits, competitor research, and usability improvements Mentor junior designers and raise overall design quality Build scalable design systems and reusable components Requirements 3–6+ years of experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio showcasing web + product design work Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, systems) Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
