We are currently seeking a Data Engineer Sr. Advisor to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Varicent Solution Architect (ICM/SPM)

Experience: 8+ Years
Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Varicent Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Varicent architecture, compensation plan design, integrations, data modeling, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Varicent ICM/SPM solutions.
• Translate business compensation requirements into technical designs.
• Define data models, calculation logic, hierarchies, workflows, and reporting.
• Design and oversee integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop end-to-end data flow architectures, ETL processes, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Optimize Varicent performance, calculation processing, and system scalability.
• Lead solution reviews, stakeholder workshops, and technical governance.
• Provide guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• Data Modeling, Azure platform, ADB, ADF
• Strong hands-on experience with Varicent ICM/SPM implementations.
• Expertise in Varicent architecture, Composer, Reports, Workflows, and Calculation Engine.
• Strong understanding of Sales Compensation, Commissions, Quotas, and Incentive Programs.
• Experience with SQL, Data Modeling, ETL/Data Warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of API-based and batch integrations.
• Experience integrating Varicent with CRM, ERP, and Data Platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
