We are seeking a talented Web and Graphic Designer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in creating visually stunning websites and graphics. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging our audience through innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and responsive websites that meet client specifications.
- Create visually appealing graphics for web use, social media, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and testing to enhance user experience and usability.
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in web and graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design principles and techniques.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
- Ability to create wireframes and prototypes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for design.
