Responsibilities
Providing superior customer service to support our sales and growth initiatives
Learning about our products and brand experience to intelligently educate customers
Managing customers inquiries on e-mail, phone and live chat and offering guidance on product and pricing information
Sending customer correspondence on engagement ring and wedding band jewelry
Following up with customers for after-sales service and support and managing inquiries for repairs or resizing
Requirements
· Education Qualification: College degree and Graduate Diamonds education through GIA
· Prior experience with diamonds or diamond jewelry in a sales capacity.
· Knowledge of diamond education
· Communication skills: high English proficiency and able to speak well on the phone
· Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
· Organized & responsible
· Computer: Proficient in Google Apps (Docs)
· Americanized Accent
· Willing to work on weekends and US hours
