As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Poles Media Labs LLP, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative and successful marketing campaigns utilizing your expertise in Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools. Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to client websites.

3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand messaging and imagery align with overall marketing goals.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and techniques.
6. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
7. Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance and ROI.
