About the Role

We are looking for a professional and well-presentedExecutive Front Office & Sales Administrationto manage the front desk and support the day-to-day operations of our project sales office.

The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling initial enquiries, maintaining CRM records and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers, visitors and business associates professionally.
• Manage the front desk and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
• Handle incoming calls, messages and basic customer enquiries.
• Register visitors and coordinate customer appointments and site visits.
• Enter, update and maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
• Ensure timely updating of enquiries, follow-ups, site visits and booking details.
• Coordinate lead allocation and follow-up information with the sales team.
• Maintain customer forms, booking documents and office records.
• Prepare daily reports and basic sales-office MIS.
• Assist the sales team with presentations, forms and customer documentation.
• Coordinate with finance, marketing, sales and customer relations teams.
• Manage office correspondence, stationery and general administrative requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Ensure the reception and sales office remain organised and professional.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Experience in front office, administration, CRM data entry or customer service will be preferred.
• Real estate or sales-office experience will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
