The ideal candidate will deliver age-appropriate lessons in Mathematics and Environmental Studies (EVS), foster conceptual understanding through activity-based learning, and support the academic.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics and EVS for Grade 1 students.Develop lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and assessments aligned with the school curriculum.Use experiential, activity-based, and inquiry-driven teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.Build strong foundational numeracy, observation, and problem-solving skills.Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate academic records.Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs.Integrate digital tools, smart boards, and educational technology into classroom teaching.Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and developmental milestones.Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, assemblies, workshops, and professional development programs.Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic coordinators to enhance curriculum delivery.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any discipline.B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (Mandatory).CTET qualification preferred.13 years of teaching experience in a CBSE.
