Veeva CRM & Veeva Event Management ConsultantExperience: 4 - 8 YearsLocation: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / ChennaiWork Mode: HybridWork Timings: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PMJoining: Immediate Joiner / Maximum 15 DaysInterview Process: 2 Rounds - 1 Internal + 1 ClientInterview Mode: VirtualRole Overview:We are looking for a skilled Veeva CRM & Veeva Event Management professional with strong hands-on experience in configuration, administration, production support, and business process management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with Veeva CRM and Veeva Event Management, along with good communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on support and administration for Veeva CRM and Veeva Event Management.- Manage the complete Event Management lifecycle, including event creation, budgeting, attendee management, approvals, compliance, and event reconciliation.- Perform Veeva CRM configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Veeva CRM/Event Management solutions.- Support CRM integrations, data management, and related Veeva modules.- Handle production support, incident management, and change management activities.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.- Support pharmaceutical / life sciences business processes and workflows.Required Skills:- Veeva CRM, Veeva Event Management, Veeva CRM Configuration, Event Management Administration, Event Lifecycle Management, CRM Integrations & Data Management, Production Support, Incident & Change Management, Business Requirement Analysis, Stakeholder Management.Good to Have:- Strong communication skills, excellent client-facing skills, experience working with Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences organizations, experience handling business stakeholders directly.Mandatory Submission Checks:- Last company PF must be available and verifiable.- Employment history should be clear and verifiable.- Education and employment gaps will be checked.- More than 3 years of gap between education and employment will not be workable.- Candidates who are currently not working will be considered only if they have been non-working for up to 1 year.- Immediate Joiners / candidates with maximum 15 days notice period only.Submission Requirement:As discussed, please share 2 suitable profiles by 2:30 PM.
