- Achieving Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas in assigned territories.
- Market Expansion: Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets, and ensure effective market coverage.
- Sales Forecasting and Planning: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to forecast demand and plan sales strategies.
- Product Training: Provide training to distributors and retailers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance sales performance.
- Order Processing: Ensure timely order processing, tracking, and delivery coordination with distributors and supply chain teams.
- Monitoring Competitor Activities: Keep an eye on competitor strategies, products, and market trends to stay ahead in the market.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, territory performance, and distributor feedback, and report to management.
- Customer Service: Address distributor or retailer queries and issues related to products, orders, and deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels with distributors to ensure sufficient product availability and prevent stockouts.
