About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes
• Maintain employee records and databases
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in HR compliance and documentation
• Support daily administrative tasks and HR projects
Requirements
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
