Role Overview: We’re looking for someone who can make social happen end to end from spotting an idea, to shooting it fast, to getting it live while it still feels current. This is not a strategy-only role and not a coordination-only role. You’ll be in the middle of the work: thinking of content, shooting on the go, reacting to trends, building repeatable formats, and helping shape a social presence rooted in sport, training, and everyday movement. What this role involves ● Shooting and creating content for social, often fast and in the moment ● Coming up with ideas that are native to the platform, not adapted from campaign decks ● Building content buckets that can sustain posting week after week ● Turning trend shifts, audio, formats, and cultural moments into content that feels timely and brand-right ● Supporting the day-to-day rhythm of social: planning, content flow, publishing, and follow-through ● Running barter collabs practically — finding the right creators, managing outreach, coordinating product sends, and ensuring content lands ● Working within the world of fitness, training, sport, and movement without making it feel overly polished or ad-like What we need from you ● Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand, content, partnerships, or a similar role
