Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand Sales hiring requirements from department heads and hiring managers.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate managerial interviews.
- Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Candidate Management
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference and background verification checks.
- Negotiate salary packages within company guidelines.
- Issue offer letters and manage pre-joining activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates.
- Assist in workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
Recruitment Administration
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
- Update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
