About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design landing pages, ad creatives, emailers, and WhatsApp templates for the company's offerings from concept to execution.2. Build modular, variable-driven templates that enable personalized creatives based on users' stream, applied roles, city, and activity.
3. Use AI tools to generate high volumes of copy, design, and layout variations, then evaluate and finalize the most effective creatives.
4. Run experiments by forming hypotheses, designing creative variants, analyzing results, and iterating based on performance.
5. Write sharp, conversion-focused copy tailored to a 17-24-year-old audience.
