About the job
We're looking for a finance content lead who will own the content side of Invest Mindset. You'll write, edit and finalize scripts, develop content, and work directly with the founder. As the team grows, you'll hire and lead the content team- becoming the person responsible for keeping the social media uploads consistent and high quality.
This is not a junior role. We want someone who thinks like an owner.
2. Write clear, engaging video scripts on investing, markets, personal finance, and business analysis.
3. Hire and onboard researchers, writers, and editors to grow the content team.
4. Set quality standards and review content before it goes live.
5. Lead the team, manage the content calendar to ensure regular, on-schedule publishing of the content on our social media platforms.
