Job Title : Python Software EngineerLocation : Chennai or GurugramWorking Model : Hybrid 3 days per week in the officeWhat we're looking for : - Strong Python development experience- Strong experience designing and developing Microservices solutions using Python- Hands-on experience building and integrating REST APIs / API integrations using Python- Experience deploying and running applications on AWSKey Responsibilities : - Architect and deploy scalable microservices using Python and FastAPI to ensure high availability and low latency for mission-critical applications.- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to integrate LLMs into production environments, enabling smarter, context-aware data retrieval for our users.- Develop and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs to facilitate seamless communication between distributed system components and third-party services.- Optimize cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, ensuring that our microservices architecture remains cost-effective, resilient, and capable of handling enterprise-scale traffic.- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of engineering excellence and maintain high standards of code quality across the development lifecycle.Good to have : - LangGraph experience candidates with this skill will be given strong preference- Knowledge/experience of LLM / RAG (ref:hirist.tech)
